What about spare parts?

Any spare or replacement parts should be requested through us. Use the "Contact Us" form to let us know what your issue is, and we will be able to get you the parts you need!

What about exchanges?

We have a 7 day exchange policy to protect against any shipping damage or manufacturer defects. If any shipping damage or manufacturer defect appears in the product within 7 days of receiving your equipment, let us know and we will refund you in terms of store credit. Use the "Contact Us" form to let us know what the circumstances are, and we'll be sure to accommodate!

How much is shipping?

We cover standard economy shipping for all orders, no matter the order amount. 

How long does my order take to ship?

You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days of placing it. We will supply you with a tracking number so you can check up on its status whenever you'd like.

Where can you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the Continental United States.
